At Young Office, we care deeply about community — the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted not only our own team and customers but the global community at large. I want to thank our extraordinary Young Office family — across sales, design, field operations, customer support, admin and more — who work tirelessly each day to enrich our customers’ lives. As we all continue to grapple with this escalating health crisis, I want to share an update on the steps we’re taking at Young Office to protect our customers and our regional team as we work through this unprecedented situation.

OFFICES: Our offices are operating both in person and remotely to best suit your comfort level. We are continuing to adhere to CDC guidelines. We are prepared and equipped to keep all projects moving forward. We remain committed to meeting all expectations and deadlines of our customers and design partners.

FIELD OPERATIONS: As of now, our Field Operations teams will continue to deliver and install, while taking extra precautions to address the safety of both our customers and our team. Our goal is to provide an exceptional customer experience through our everlasting core values, particularly during this time of uncertainty. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and make any necessary adjustments to this plan as things evolve in order to ensure the safety of our team, our customers, and our communities.
