CEU ABSTRACT:

Work has changed more dramatically in the past five years than it has in generations. It’s time to evaluate the future of work and the purpose of the workplace.

Employees are making choices about when, where, and how they do their best work. They’re spending far more time in screen-based interactions and less in person. The use of AI has exploded. Sustainability goals are impacting everyone’s jobs, and employee mental health is a growing problem. These shifts have upended work behaviors and norms, and leaders understand they need to make changes. The pressure to create a better work experience has never been greater.

In this hour-long CEU, we will dive deeply into these four macro shifts, how they’re changing work, and how designing workplaces like a thriving community can help people and organizations thrive.
